Open your phones Settings app.
Tap Network & internet. VPN. If you cant find it, search for "VPN." If you still cant find it, get help from your device manufacturer.
Tap the VPN you want.
Enter your username and password.
Tap Connect. If you use a VPN app, the app opens.
With the Personal VPN feature in macOS and iOS, your app can create and manage a VPN configuration that uses one of the builtin VPN protocols IPsec or IKEv2. If you can connect using the VPN configuration from your configuration profile, you should be able to connect using Personal VPN.

Press Add VPN configuration…

Press Done and your settings will be saved.
