Click Change adapter settings to open Network Connections. Rightclick the VPN connection listed there and select Create shortcut. A Shortcut dialog box window will then open requesting to add a shortcut to the desktop. Press the Yes button to confirm and add the VPN shortcut to your desktop.
Scroll down to the “Notification area” and click on Select which icons appear on the taskbar. Now, find VPNMyWay and toggle it On. The VPNMyWay icon will now be placed in the taskbar. Click it once to initiate your VPN connection; click it again to disable it.
Start→Control Panel→View Network Status.
Click the Connect to a Network link.
Locate the VPN you want to connect to and click its name and then click the Connect button.
Enter your network security key.
Click OK and then click the Connect button.
To connect to a VPN on Windows 10, head to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN. Click the “Add a VPN connection” button to set up a new VPN connection. Provide the connection details for your VPN. You can enter any name you like under “Connection Name”.
You can go to Network and Sharing Center=>Click Change adapter settings=> Right-click the icon of VPN=>Choose "Create Shortcut".
